2017 Nissan Vehicles Will Reach Dealerships Earlier
The redesigned 2016 Nissan Altima and 2016 Nissan Sentra are finally reaching showrooms in the United States. If you are interested, stop by Destination Nissan at 770 Central Ave in Albany, NY 12206 for a test drive. Nissan lovers will also be glad to know that they can expect 2017 Nissan vehicles to arrive at dealerships earlier next year.
Jose Munoz, chairman of Nissan North America explains Nissan is missing out on potential sales by launching new vehicles too late in the model year. As a result, they will be redrawing their schedule to ensure vehicles will be hitting showrooms earlier. This will be taking effect this summer during the rollout of many 2017 models.
“The additional opportunity we have is to make sure we launch the model years at the right time,” Munoz tells Automotive News. “From now on what you’re going to see is the new model introductions are going to be more aligned with the market. It’s a key area for our dealers, it’s going to help in terms of inventories.”
