Jessica Lubin opened the Good Karma Studio in 2011 after spending time in Guatemala to build a bottle school. She had also lived in India for 5 months to receive intense yoga and holistic health training. At her studio, she specializes in Aerial Yoga, where participants do yoga poses using a swing suspended from the ceiling, with a final inversion pose.
