Nissan Releases March Sales

Last week, Nissan Group announced that their March 2016 sales in the U.S. totaled 163,559 vehicles for the month. The brand saw an increase of 13 percent over the 2015 year as well as their best month ever.

Some of the March highlights for Nissan include:

Nissan crossovers, trucks, and SUVs were up 9 percent, experiencing their best month ever.
Nissan cars also set a best month ever record by increasing 16 percent with 88,278 vehicles.
Sales of the Murano reached 8,657 units, up 56 percent.
Sentra increased 23 percent with 26,201 vehicles, setting a March record.
Versa sales increased 12 percent with 16,255 vehicles, also setting a March record.
Maxima sales increased to 6,588 vehicles, up 139 percent.
