The Olympics are just around the corner and Nissan is getting fans ready with their updated “Die Hard Fan” app! Released last year to celebrate the Nissan sponsorship of U.S. College Football, it has been updated for this year’s summer games.
For the 2016 Rio Olympics, the app is going global. All over the world, users will be able to paint their face in their national colors and try multiple designs. To get the app updated for the event, Nissan worked with Experience design agency. They blended commonly used face paint techniques and facial recognition technology specialists Image Metrics. All together, they’ve created the ultimate fan experience.
Give the app a try before the opening ceremony on August 5, at 7pm!
