Three More Cities Now Participating In Nissan No Charge to Charge Program

The “No Charge to Charge” program for the Nissan LEAF has officially been included in three more U.S. cities. This new program has now officially arrived in Santa Barbara, Philadelphia, and right here in New York. This program provides new LEAF owners with free public charging for the first two years when they purchase their vehicle from a LEAF-certified dealer in one of the participating cities.

“Nissan LEAF is an attractive option for metropolitan New York car shoppers—in addition to the $7,500 federal tax credit*, LEAF buyers can enjoy HOV lane access and now two years of free public charging,” said Andrew Speaker, director, Electric Vehicle (EV) Sales & Marketing, Nissan. “Those benefits, combined with the significantly lower operating costs and zero spending on gas, make owning an all-electric vehicle a cost-effective and convenient choice.”

To locate chargers in their area that are eligible for the “No Charge to Charge” program Nissan LEAF customers can use the LEAF EZ-Charge app.
