The Standards

To get the Nissan Certified Pre-Owned label, a Nissan vehicle has to go through a comprehensive inspection process with 167 different points. If any part doesn’t pass, the technician will replace it with genuine Nissan OEM parts. On top of that, the vehicle can’t be more than six years old or have more than 80,000 miles on the odometer. A car that meets these standards might not be new, but it is the next best thing.

The Benefits

Aside from the fact that a Certified Pre-Owned Nissan vehicle is sure to be in great shape, car buyers also get the benefit of a strong warranty, much like the warranty that comes with a new Nissan. The Nissan CPO limited warranty lasts 7 years or 100,000 miles, and it covers the engine, the drivetrain, and the transmission, plus it also comes with 24/7 roadside assistance and trip interruption coverage. The warranty does start counting from when the car was new, but that means you’ll get at least 1 year and 20,000 miles from a free warranty.

When you buy a Certified Pre-Owned Nissan, you get a vehicle that Nissan and its dealerships guarantees is an automobile that’s in great shape despite not being new, and it stands behind that guarantee with a seven-year warranty.
